Location really close to tram station as well as Bordeaux for dinner. Plus, 10 minutes drive from The Hungry Tree. Good meal at casual restaurant;)))

Place was quiet little, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a quiet area, so close to Bordeaux city center, the Autoroute going south and bars and shops in the neighborhood. Good and peaceful location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

This location was quiet and marvelous, near bars and shops in the neighborhood, the Autoroute going south, and plenty of good restaurants. It was literally right next to the tram stop.

I truly appreciated the cozy and welcoming ambience of the hotel. The delicate floral patterns on the wallpaper and curtains gave the place a charming touch. The sitting areas were comfortable and perfect for senior people like me to rest and socialize. The accessibility throughout the hotel was also excellent, with ramps and handrails in all the right places, making it easy for me to navigate.

It would have been even better if the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra assistance or guidance would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.

The location couldn't be more peaceful, right next door to a Canadian fast food outlet that served good food. It was very close to a bus stop, the center of Bordeaux, and the Autoroute going south. Our room was large and had one queen-size bed and one single bed.

The hotel had a cozy little restaurant bar next door, which was great for catching the World Cup semi-final. It had a neighborhood vibe and offered good service, tasty food, and a nice wine selection. The hotel clerks were also very friendly and gave helpful recommendations for my stay in Paris. The hotel had a large car park, although it was a bit challenging to find.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. The receptionist spoke little English upon my arrival, making communication difficult.

I stayed at Hotel Chantafred for a few nights while visiting from the US. It was an easy commute from Bordeaux airport, costing about 20 euros by taxi. The hotel has a 70's style, with clean and spacious rooms. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and cheerful. There is a cozy little restaurant bar next door that had a great atmosphere for watching the World Cup semi-final. a decent and comfortable stay with a touch of local flare.

    100% Recommend this hotel.

Yo, our stay at Hotel Chantafred was lit AF! We had a blast exploring Pessac and the nearby areas with our squad. First, we hit up the sick beach vibes at Lacanau, catching some gnarly waves and chilling in the sun. Then, we unleashed our inner adrenaline junkies at the crazy theme park, Parc de la Coccinelle. The rides were off the hook! It was all #summergoals!

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was a kick-ass rooftop party spot at the hotel. We had epic tunes and a lit dance floor, but an exclusive party area would've taken our nights to the next level!

Great value for our money, the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient with a tram station right beside the hotel, making it easy to explore Bordeaux. The staff at Hotel Chantafred were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

    Title: Great Stay for Families

In my wife's opinion, having a dedicated kids' menu at the hotel's restaurant would have been a great addition.
